Orgasm in Women with Spinal Cord Injury (Sipski Study) - A Journal Article I Read
A detailed, but (mostly) plainly worded summary of a scientific journal article called “Orgasm in women with spinal cord injuries: a laboratory-based assessment.” My goal here is to give more people an opportunity to engage with peer reviewed research about female orgasm and hopefully incorporate it more into our culture understanding.
Random Male Hite Report #17
Here I hand-copy 1 random page out of The Hite Report on Male Sexuality. A great book preceded by The Hite Report, a groundbreaking, incredibly important 1976 survey about female orgasm, masturbation, and sexuality by Shere Hite. I do these with the hope of getting people to read both these books.
Ode to the Clit
Dorian Electra and Refinery 27’s Musical Ode to the Clitoris. Dorian Electra is top notch, check all their stuff out for real. It’s a fun song with great love of the clit (we need that kind of stuff badly), but it also has the trappings of common contemporary clit misunderstandings; creating insinuations that the full structure of the clit is only very recently understood and that “vaginal orgasms” can be explained by the inner clit…but otherwise, it sparkles with fabulousness.
