There were no new studies done for this movie. All the information from which we based the arguments in this movie already existed. We simply took all the sexual knowledge we could get our hands on, and we reassessed it, wiped away the excess biases, ignored the folklore surrounding it, and found that it all fits together in a surprisingly clear cut manner.

There wasn’t anything too terribly exciting about how the research was carried out. Trisha simply began reading books and journal articles that interested her, taking careful notes along the way. When the research began, it was more focused on how sex differences in behavior were studied and reported in the scientific community. However, over time and long discussions among the AnC partners, the aim currently taken in Science Sex and the Ladies became the obvious choice.
